Cancellation Policy

EZ Mobile Shine Car Wash – Booking Policy Thank you for choosing EZ Mobile Shine. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms to ensure a smooth and safe service experience. 1. Scheduling: Appointments must be booked in advance with accurate details. The vehicle must be legally parked in a safe, accessible location. If we cannot access the vehicle or location, the appointment may be canceled and a fee may apply. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows: To cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows may be charged in full. We reserve the right to reschedule due to unsafe weather or unforeseen delays. 3. Payment: Payment is due at before service completion. We accept cash, cards, and mobile payments. Deposits may be required for premium or large-scale bookings. Non-payment may result in future service denial. 4. Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, poor vehicle condition, loose parts, aftermarket accessories, or electrical/mechanical failures. Customers must remove all personal items before service. We are not liable for lost or damaged belongings. 5. Vehicle Condition: Heavy dirt, pet hair, stains, mildew, vomit, blood, urine, mold, or biohazards may incur extra fees or cause service refusal. Please disclose any extreme conditions in advance. 6. Safety & Property: We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for our staff or equipment. This includes hazardous environments, aggressive behavior, or illegal activity at the service location. 7. Satisfaction Policy: If you’re unsatisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We may offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion. Results depend on vehicle age, material condition, and prior care. 8.
